Crest Academies, London
Although given a fixed budget and a rigid brief, the various stakeholders were consulted in order to get the maximum benefit to the school. Environmental improvement works, including redecoration, refurbishment, signage and IT upgrades, were designed and specified following which a transparent tender process was used to obtain competitive pricing.
Final procurement of the different packages took advantage of standing orders with exisiting suppliers and other works being undertaken concurrently, to minimise disruption and maintain programme during a busy summer recess.
