Following a detailed feasibility study with a number of potential schemes, a 44 bedroom extension of this operational hotel was undertaken over a period of 10 months.
Although working on behalf of an investor owner, engaging with the operator to identify additional revenue streams and minimise disruption was key to the overall success of the development.
