The brief comprised the construction of a new office building on a brownfield site to the requirements of an investor/developer client, pre-let tenant and numerous third parties.
The façade incorporates a mixture of cladding and glazing with internal space fitted out to a Category A office standard.
The three-storey office building provides 4,391 sq m of new office accommodation and core areas as part of a wider redevelopment of Beeston Business Park.
