A detailed feasibility study identified that extensive window replacement and external repairs were required at this prominent residential development. By working closely with the tenants' committee, the managing agents and their advisors, a detailed plan of work was agreed.
Key challenges in the project were to provide the appropriate level of detail to the various stakeholders whilst also being able to explain the technical aspects of the work to residents in clear language without excessive jargon. The ability to maintain this dialogue contributed to the residents being cooperative during a potentially difficult period of works.
